All Purpose Breakfast Potatoes — Crispy, Golden & Savory 

Breakfast just got better. These crispy potatoes are the perfect side to eggs, avocado toast, or just about anything. 

Ingredients: 

  • 3 medium russet potatoes, diced 

  • 2 tbsp olive oil 

  • 1 tbsp Raynger Rubs All Purpose seasoning 

Instructions: 

  1. Toss & season: In a bowl, toss diced potatoes with olive oil and All Purpose seasoning. 

  1. Roast: Spread on a baking sheet and roast at 425°F for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through. 

  1. Serve hot with ketchup or hot sauce. 

Pro Tip: Parboil the potatoes first for extra crispiness!
